Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in the coordination and execution of daily tasks to ensure client deliverables are met on time.
- Conduct Market Research to identify emerging trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Prepare Reports & Presentations for internal stakeholders, utilizing data to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to optimize workflows and enhance overall team productivity.
- Attend Client Meetings to take minutes, facilitate communication, and support senior consultants.
- Optimize Digital Content for SEO and engagement across various internal and external platforms.
- Manage Administrative Tasks including scheduling, data entry, and maintaining project documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorās or Associateās degree program in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Previous internship experience is a plus, but we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic above all else.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driverās license.
