Responsibilities
- Assist with Data Analysis: Support the data team in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data to generate actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Conduct Market Research: Perform comprehensive research on industry trends and competitor activities to aid in strategic planning.
- Create Content: Draft, edit, and proofread marketing materials, blog posts, and social media content under the guidance of senior editors.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate internal meetings, manage project timelines, and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
- Client Support: Assist the account management team in responding to client inquiries and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Technical Documentation: Help maintain and update technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Current Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Academic Standing: Minimum GPA of 3.0 (or equivalent) required to qualify for college credit.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment.
