Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle software development using Python/React frameworks
- Analyze and visualize datasets using SQL and Tableau
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sprint deliverables
- Research emerging technologies and present innovation proposals
- Document technical workflows and maintain code repositories
- Participate in daily stand-ups and retrospectives
- Complete 1 major capstone project aligned with business goals
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Basic proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or SQL
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Available for 20-30 hours/week through Fall semester
- Experience with version control (Git) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in-person at our downtown Indianapolis office
- Must be authorized to work in the US
