Responsibilities
- Deploy and troubleshoot hardware/software systems across 100+ workstations
- Manage Active Directory, cloud services (Azure/O365), and network infrastructure
- Document technical procedures and maintain asset management databases
- Provide Tier 1 user support via ticketing system and remote assistance
- Collaborate on cybersecurity initiatives and vulnerability assessments
- Participate in cross-departmental tech implementation projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university pursuing IT/CS degree
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and security protocols
- Experience with PowerShell, Active Directory, or cloud services preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to diagnose technical issues
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site equipment pickups
