Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support to internal staff and external clients
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with network security monitoring and incident response
- Collaborate on cloud infrastructure projects (AWS/Azure)
- Participate in weekly team meetings and sprint planning
- Complete assigned training modules and certification prep
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing IT/Computer Science degree
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work 20 hours/week with flexible scheduling
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic cybersecurity awareness (preferred)
- Eligible for academic credit approval
