As a Night Shift Intern, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our service excellence standards. You will work directly with our senior technical team to support our clients, ensuring seamless operations during off-peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Systems: Continuously monitor technical systems and applications to ensure optimal performance and stability.
- Ticket Resolution: Assist in triaging and resolving incoming support tickets and customer inquiries with high accuracy.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of technical issues, resolutions, and system changes.
- Communication: Collaborate effectively with the day-shift team and senior leadership to ensure seamless handovers.
- Testing: Assist in the execution of quality assurance tests and software patches during the night cycle.
- Support: Provide friendly and professional support to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Skills: Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to the schedule.
