Responsibilities
- Assist with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and system maintenance
- Support hardware/software installation and configuration
- Document IT procedures and create technical documentation
- Collaborate on cybersecurity awareness initiatives
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
- Provide end-user technical support and training
- Analyze system performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Shadow senior engineers during system upgrades
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Must be eligible for college credit through your institution
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Proficiency with Windows/Linux operating systems
