Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the stability of internal systems and networks during night operations.
- Assist in troubleshooting software applications, hardware peripherals, and connectivity issues.
- Perform routine data entry, analysis, and report generation for night shift metrics.
- Respond to help desk tickets and support tickets from internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to document issues and implement solutions.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on software updates and security patches.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM) or a consistent overnight schedule.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
