- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues during night hours.
- Assist in data analysis and report generation to support day-shift operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical tickets and bugs.
- Maintain documentation for all technical processes and procedures.
- Conduct code reviews and testing for assigned projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts (typically 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of programming concepts and software development life cycles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
