Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze overnight operational data and system logs for accuracy and anomalies.
- Execute data entry tasks and maintain precise digital records for the night shift.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to the morning management team.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues within the operational workflow.
- Ensure strict adherence to company safety and compliance protocols during night operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve night shift efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Business, IT, or Operations preferred).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Dallas location.
