Responsibilities
- Data Processing: Manage and validate incoming data sets using specialized software and databases during night hours.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of technical documentation and output to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Customer Support: Assist internal teams with ticket resolution and technical inquiries via secure communication channels.
- System Monitoring: Monitor system performance metrics and alert technical leads to any anomalies.
- Reporting: Compile weekly shift reports and highlight key trends or issues for the day team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with remote teams to ensure seamless operational continuity across time zones.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (College Credit eligible).
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to San Francisco, CA.
- Availability: Must be available to work 2nd shift (approx. 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic troubleshooting.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
