Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and server logs during night shift operations to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues reported by clients and internal departments.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and maintenance procedures in the internal knowledge base.
- Perform routine system updates, patches, and security checks as assigned by the lead engineer.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to hand over status reports and unresolved tickets.
- Conduct basic quality assurance testing for new software deployments.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in networking, systems administration, or software development.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking concepts.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
