Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Support team with daily hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Conduct research and data entry tasks to support operational efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and network connectivity.

- Learn and apply basic cybersecurity protocols and best practices.
- Help organize and archive digital and physical records.
