Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 system monitoring and maintenance during night shift hours
- Assist with software testing, debugging, and documentation for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Participate in agile development cycles and sprint planning
- Contribute to infrastructure automation and deployment pipelines
- Analyze system performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Basic proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and command-line operations
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Available for 20-30 hours/week during Summer/Fall semester
