Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on software development projects using Agile methodologies
- Conduct market research and data analysis to inform product strategy decisions
- Assist in creating digital marketing campaigns and social media content
- Support IT infrastructure maintenance and cybersecurity initiatives
- Participate in client meetings and present project findings
- Document processes and create technical documentation
- Attend professional development workshops and networking events
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program (Business, IT, Marketing, or related field)
- Strong academic standing (GPA 3.0+ preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or Python preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Available for 40 hours/week for the full 12-week program
