Responsibilities
- Assist the sales and marketing teams with data entry, research, and report preparation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.
- Learn to utilize CRM software and internal communication tools.
- Support the logistics of client onboarding and project tracking.
- Observe and learn industry best practices from senior staff members.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
- No prior professional work experience required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in San Jose.
