Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to design, develop, and test software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Participate in agile development ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Debug and resolve technical issues within existing codebases under the guidance of senior staff.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow team members.
- Document technical specifications, APIs, and architecture for future reference.
- Research emerging technologies and propose improvements to current systems.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C++).
- Familiarity with web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to debugging.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the semester.
