Responsibilities
Assist the IT department with daily technical support and troubleshooting for staff members.Manage and update company databases with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.Conduct market research to identify trends and analyze competitor data.Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms.Collaborate with senior staff on various project development tasks.Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.Attend weekly team meetings and provide progress updates.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.High school diploma or GED equivalent required.Reliable transportation is a plus.
