Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat for internal and external clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues using remote management tools
- Document support cases in CRM systems with detailed notes and resolutions
- Assist with IT asset management including inventory tracking and deployment
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex troubleshooting projects
- Participate in training sessions to expand technical knowledge base
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an associate's or bachelor's program (any major)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic familiarity with computer hardware and operating systems
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- Reliable transportation to Phoenix office (3 days/week onsite)
