Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to corporate clients via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systemsDocument technical issues and resolutions in service management systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network infrastructure projects
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training initiatives
- Assist with user onboarding and equipment setup
- Present weekly progress reports to department leads
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year college program (any major)
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week during academic terms
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- US citizenship or work authorization required
