Responsibilities
- Code Development: Assist in writing clean, scalable, and efficient code for web and mobile applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Testing & QA: Perform unit testing and quality assurance checks to identify bugs and ensure software stability.
- Technical Research: Conduct research on emerging technologies and tools relevant to our project goals.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all technical processes and codebases.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- User Support: Help triage and resolve technical issues reported by internal users or clients.
- Data Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing data to drive product improvements and business decisions.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Programming Skills: Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript) and SQL.
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately in Summer or Fall 2024.
- Work Schedule: Able to commit to 20-30 hours per week (part-time) while attending school.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically under pressure.
