Responsibilities
- Assist the SEO Team: Conduct keyword research and analyze competitor strategies to improve search engine rankings for our clients.
- Content Creation: Draft, edit, and optimize web content, blog posts, and press releases to ensure high engagement and SEO compliance.
- Data Analysis: Monitor website analytics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Technical Support: Collaborate with developers to implement on-page SEO best practices and technical optimizations.
- Market Research: Gather market intelligence on industry trends in Virginia Beach and North Carolina to inform strategic decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly reports summarizing key performance indicators and campaign progress.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus.
- Skills: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Moz, SEMrush, or Ahrefs).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
