Responsibilities
- Project Assistance: Support the operations team with weekend project execution, data entry, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily workflows.
- Client Support: Assist in responding to client inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and compile data reports to help the marketing team identify new trends and opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative workshops to drive team success.
- Technical Tasks: Learn and utilize internal software tools to track project progress and update databases accurately.
- Creative Contribution: Assist in the creation of social media content and marketing materials under supervision.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the summer internship.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
