- Document design processes and maintain a structured design system
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize user journeys

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a UX Design, HCI, or related college program
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing 3+ UX projects (include link)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work 15-20 hours/week during academic semesters
