Responsibilities
- Assist the IT team with daily system maintenance and troubleshooting during weekend operations.
- Analyze incoming support tickets and prioritize them based on urgency.
- Collaborate with senior developers to debug code and optimize database performance.
- Document technical processes and create user guides for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain office equipment and network infrastructure.
- Participate in weekly team syncs to discuss project progress and challenges.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies relevant to our projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (Weekend Shift).
- Familiarity with basic programming concepts (Python, Java, or C#) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
