Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and business development teams with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Conduct market research to support strategic planning and help identify new business opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders via email, phone, and video conferencing.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, prepare presentation materials, and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
- Support the coordination of training programs and onboarding activities for new hires.
- Help organize and manage company events and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program (High School Diploma/GED accepted for entry-level positions).
- Availability to work 20-30 hours per week, preferably during business hours.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently without constant supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polished demeanor.
- Reliable transportation (required for on-site roles in Denver, CO and Raleigh, NC).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
