- Support the coordination of weekly team meetings and client outreach events.
- Monitor social media channels to engage with local community members and potential leads.
- Prepare weekly performance reports for the department head.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program or recently graduated.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
