Responsibilities
- Assist the IT and Marketing teams with daily technical support and troubleshooting.
- Conduct market research and analyze data trends to support business decisions.
- Update and maintain internal documentation and company databases.
- Collaborate with senior staff on project deliverables and presentation decks.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and skill-building workshops.
- Monitor system performance and assist in the deployment of new software.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong interest in technology, software, and digital media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Mac) and office software (MS Office, Google Suite).
