Responsibilities
- Assist the recruiting team in sourcing qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify top talent for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Update candidate relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and timely information.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing necessary documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of recruiting concepts and HR practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
- Valid student ID required for credit verification.
