- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project timelines and deliverables.
- Handle incoming inquiries via email and phone with a high level of professionalism.
- Participate in training sessions to develop technical and soft skills relevant to the role.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and social media platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to the Charlotte office.
