Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in drafting and editing content for social media and newsletters.
- Manage and update our customer relationship management (CRM) database with current leads.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities in the Austin area.
- Coordinate and schedule summer internship interviews with prospective candidates.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and create follow-up reports for team leaders.
- Support the daily operations of the office, including filing and data entry tasks.
- Organize and participate in team-building events and office activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the summer months.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team setting.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and social media platforms is a plus.
