Responsibilities
- Assist the project management team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to support business decision-making.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation for stakeholders.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings using digital tools like Calendly and Zoom.
- Monitor social media channels and assist in creating engaging content.
- Support the sales team by researching potential leads and updating CRM databases.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate, Bachelor’s, or Graduate degree program.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Must be available to start in Summer or Fall 2024.
