Responsibilities
- Analyze legislative trends and draft policy briefs for congressional staff
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings and prepare meeting materials
- Support data collection and research for public awareness campaigns
- Assist in event planning for policy forums and educational workshops
- Manage social media content for policy initiatives
- Track legislative updates and maintain issue databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Strong academic standing (minimum 3.0 GPA)
- Interest in public policy, government affairs, or political science
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and research databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week during semester
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must arrange college credit through your institution
