Responsibilities
- Assist in deploying and configuring network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Support end-users with hardware/software troubleshooting and system maintenance
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles for internal use
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness campaigns and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure
- Monitor system performance and generate weekly operational reports
- Contribute to IT asset management and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory administration
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) preferred
