- Provide end-user support for hardware/software issues via ticketing system
- Participate in weekly tech stack training sessions with senior engineers
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related degree program
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
