Responsibilities
- Support network infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting
- Assist in cybersecurity vulnerability assessments
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Participate in agile sprint planning and stand-ups
- Test software applications and document bugs
- Present project progress to department leadership
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Experience with Python or scripting languages preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available for full-time 12-week commitment (June-August)
- Must have unrestricted US work authorization
