Responsibilities
- Deploy and monitor cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS/Azure platforms
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation SOPs
- Assist in vulnerability assessments and security compliance audits
- Support cross-functional teams with system troubleshooting and optimization
- Develop automation scripts for routine IT tasks using Python/PowerShell
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Research emerging technologies and prepare implementation proposals
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows command-line interfaces
- Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative environments
- Available for 12-20 hours/week through Fall 2024
