Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing security threats using SIEM platforms
- Support vulnerability assessments and penetration testing exercises
- Document security incidents and generate incident response reports
- Collaborate on developing secure coding practices for internal applications
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and sprint planning
- Research emerging cybersecurity trends and prepare briefings
- Contribute to the maintenance of security documentation and policies
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows command-line interfaces
- Experience with Python or scripting languages preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
