Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining network security systems

- Document IT incidents and resolution procedures using ticketing systems

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
