Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with network monitoring and basic security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system implementations
- Participate in weekly training sessions and skill development workshops
- Support office technology infrastructure including printers and AV equipment
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical thinking ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS)
