Responsibilities
- Assist in deploying and configuring network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Support end-users with hardware/software troubleshooting and system diagnostics
- Document technical procedures and maintain IT asset inventory databases
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cloud migration and cybersecurity initiatives
- Participate in system testing, quality assurance, and documentation updates
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools like Wireshark and SolarWinds
- Contribute to IT security audits and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, IT, or related program (college credit required)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT documentation tools
