Responsibilities
- Assist with daily IT operations including hardware setup, software installation, and network troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot user-reported issues via helpdesk tickets to ensure minimal downtime for our team.
- Monitor system performance and assist in maintaining security protocols and backups.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records of inventory and configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new software solutions and upgrades.
- Attend weekly technical workshops to enhance your skillset in cloud computing and cybersecurity basics.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and macOS, and basic knowledge of networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills – ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and security best practices.
- Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office in Atlanta).
