Responsibilities
- Assist in deploying and monitoring AWS cloud infrastructure components
- Support cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and incident response
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint reviews
- Research and implement emerging IT solutions
- Provide Tier 1 user support for internal systems
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows operating systems
- Experience with command-line interfaces and scripting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 40 hours/week during internship period
