Responsibilities
- Support cloud infrastructure monitoring and maintenance on AWS/Azure platforms
- Assist in implementing cybersecurity protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate on agile development cycles using Jira and Git
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in cross-functional team standups and sprint planning
- Conduct user testing and troubleshoot application issues

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
