Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Document and resolve IT service tickets using JSM and ServiceNow platforms
- Deploy and configure workstations, peripherals, and cloud-based applications
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for employees
- Collaborate on system upgrades and patch management cycles
- Support virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud services
- Participate in cross-departmental tech initiatives and innovation projects
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, or cloud identity management
- Experience with helpdesk tools (ServiceNow, JSM, Zendesk) preferred
- Strong analytical problem-solving and customer service skills
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (in progress or planned)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-5pm)
