Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Support inventory management systems and logistics coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements
- Generate performance reports using Excel, SQL, and BI tools
- Assist in vendor management and contract compliance documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow diagrams
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license (for occasional local vendor visits)
