Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot internal systems and software applications to ensure 24/7 operational stability.
- Assist the engineering team with code reviews, testing, and debugging of web-based tools.
- Perform data entry, validation, and analysis to support quarterly business reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to document processes and standard operating procedures.
- Respond to technical support inquiries from team members via Slack and email.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in the local Los Angeles market.
- Maintain accurate records of all technical interactions and project milestones.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) for at least 3 days a week.
- Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
