Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze system logs and data streams during evening and overnight hours to ensure operational continuity.
- Assist in the data entry, verification, and categorization of client information using proprietary software.
- Communicate effectively with day-shift teams and management via secure channels to report anomalies or urgent issues.
- Perform quality assurance checks on processed data to ensure 99.9% accuracy standards are met.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting for internal systems and software applications as directed by the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety and security protocols.
- Document daily tasks and progress in the company’s internship portal for supervisor review.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree program.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for this internship.
- Strong availability to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM or similar).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer literacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Washington, DC office.
