Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for enterprise clients during night shift operations
- Monitor and respond to security alerts using SIEM platforms
- Document incident reports and resolution procedures in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on vulnerability assessments
- Participate in nightly system maintenance and patch deployments
- Conduct user access audits and privilege reviews
- Assist with disaster recovery simulations and testing
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
- Experience with Linux/Windows command-line interfaces
- Available to work 4x10 hour night shifts (10 PM - 8 AM)
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
