Responsibilities
- Monitor system logs and data streams during night operations to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving user tickets efficiently.
- Perform routine database updates, data entry, and quality assurance checks.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to hand over critical information and pending tasks.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and skill development workshops regarding industry trends.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate records of daily activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Ability to work the night shift (9:00 PM - 5:00 AM) consistently and reliably.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Current valid driver's license is a plus.
